The Senior Finance Director, EMEA Consumer Health Supply Chain leads the regions end to end supply chain finance organization partnering the Supply Chain organization to drive Growth, Gross Profit enhancements, Cost & Cash Flow improvements and productivity for the Consumer Health EMEA organization.

This role partners within supply chain functions, Centers of Excellence to maximize results of the internal and third-party manufacturing facilities across Europe, Middle East and Africa, partnering with the commercial organization to lead end to end profitability delivery in gross profit.

Additionally, delivering on free cash flow and service targets, evaluating potential acquisition, divestiture and other portfolio and network optimization strategies, and consolidating cross-sector cost and tax impacts across the EMEA region. This role leads 4 direct reports and an extended team of 30+ solid and dotted line finance employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setting and achieving financial goals relating to all aspects of Consumer Health Supply Chain in the region
  • Leads the preparation of strategy, business plans, and long-term planning based on internal and external benchmarking and analysis
  • Ensures financial processes and systems are in place in compliance with worldwide procedures and drives accountability throughout the organization
  • Enhances current practices and develops new solutions and strategies to strengthen the financial knowledge and operating performance
  • Implement driver-based forecasting process and standardize gross profit analytics and reporting
  • Effectively work with commercial and supply chain organization to identify and mitigate risks and achieve sustainable cost improvement commitments
  • Drive productivity enhancements and benchmark manufacturing facilities to drive further indirect cost efficiencies
  • Talent management, engagement and development of the Supply Chain Finance function, including ensuring the team has the right skills and capabilities to support the Service Delivery Model and Value Creation goals as One Team
  • Change agent for key finance and supply chain initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with major in Accounting or Finance. MBA and/or CPA preferred Required:
  • 15+ years of progressive finance experience optimally with hands-on and strategic supply chain finance experience
  • Proven track record influencing senior management to land results and drive change in complex matrix environment
  • Strong leadership to develop and implement a vision in supply chain finance.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to zoom in and out – big picture strategic thinking to challenge status quo, as well as process-oriented tactical plans to execute
