• NC process expert: Coordinates and supports NC resolution, participates in the improvement of the NC process, and notifies management of any potential NC process deviation as needed.
• Supervises the maintenance and repair of technical equipment and the cleaning of the buildings.
• Accompanies and coordinates transformation projects on our buildings in close cooperation with the building owner and building manager.
• Ensures that the fire protection requirements of the applicable standards and regulations (internal and external) are always met.
• Participation in the emergency precautions.
• Participation in internal and external audits.
• Controls external companies and monitors their risk assessments and risk mitigation measures.
• Ensure that safety and environmental instructions are followed.
• Documents the work carried out within the framework of a quality assurance system according to ISO 9001, 14001 and OSHAS 18001.
• Collaboration in carrying out commissioning of plants & equipment (documentation, qualification).
• Leads all aspects of the operation and maintenance of commercial/industrial HVAC and Electrical equipment including Chillers, Boilers, Air Handlers, Air Compressors, Cooling Towers, Electrical Substations, Standby Generators, Uninterruptible Power Supplies, Fire Protection Systems, and Building Management Systems.
• Ensure testing is completed in compliance with all applicable procedures, standards and GMP regulations.
• Mastery of project management tools and project methodologies (FPX, possibly JJPS).
• Responsible for proactive personnel management, and set standards of performance for assessment, feedback, documentation controls, training/education, clean/conducive environment while promoting positive morale.
• To support site external inspection (provide assistance in Front Room/Back Room during external audit).
  

• + 5 years of work experience in Industrial and/or Product Design industry.
• Further education in the field of facility management, maintenance or similar, mandatory.
• Fluent in French and English
• Several years of experience in facility management and in dealing with different owner/tenant relationships.
• Business understanding: Knows the business and the functional skills necessary to perform the job. Understand various types of business proposals and how companies operate in general, learn new methods and technologies easily.
• Knowledge of the standards 14644-1/9 "Clean room and associated environment".
• Knowledge of cleanroom construction desirable.
• Knowledge of SIA standards.
• Ability to set up and monitor measurement indicators.
• To have a full understanding of the application of cGMP practices, internal quality systems and methods to all aspects of own work.
• Knowledge of ISO standards 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001 and 50001.
• Several years of experience in handling and implementing EHSS (Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability) topics.
• Very good knowledge of the Windows Office palette as well as AUTOCAD and SIEMENS system applications.
• Experience in dealing with CMMS systems.
• Good written and oral English communication skills.
• Very good knowledge of HVACS and electrical works.
• Cooperation in qualification processes of facilities + equipment.
• Mastery of project management tools.
• Expert in the NC process, ability to train and guide people in NC problem solving.
• Experience in dealing with authorities and external institutions.
