Description

The Principal, Inventory & Costing COE is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst supporting Inventory and Planning for Hospital Medical Devices. This position can be based at any of the DPS EMEA locations including Ireland, Belgium, and Switzerland.

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible to support Inventory and Plan deliverables and implement standardization and improvements for HMD business. The role requires strong business partnering and analytical skills while navigating through complex supply chain processes & will have high visibility to Finance Leaders.

Responsibilities
  • Manage capital projects and provides all forecast updates and actual monitoring process for CSS and support Ethicon and DPS.
  • Provide recommendations for process standardization and achieve execution of approve changes.
  • Develop and maintain Inventory playbooks and work with other team members to keep updated
  • Business and process knowledge and support for E&O System
  • Manage GPEX spending and capital consolidation
  • Support Inventory Consolidation lead with ad hoc requests and overlay process
  • Ensure compliance & alignment with FP&A updated changes
  • Lead & deliver other PIC COE standardization & process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintenance of Inventory metrics and trends including E&O consolidation
  • Support CSS Finance Manager with Plan Spending reporting
  • Other activities as required

Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
  • CPA, CMA, MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of finance and/or accounting experience is required.
  • Prior Supply Chain & Cost Accounting experience preferred.
  • Must have strong financial analysis and systems skills (Excel, PowerPoint, General Ledger), and the ability to pick up new systems quickly (Jupiter, Alteryx, TM1).
  • Must possess the ability to partner with people at all levels of the organization and have strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • The ability to maintain and improve consistent and sound business processes in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment is required.
