Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager, Currency Management Centre of Excellence. Preferred locations for this role are Zuchwil Switzerland, Cork Ireland, Diegem Belgium, or Guaynabo Puerto Rico but open to all J&J locations.

This role will report to the Finance Director, Governance & Reporting in the Hospital Medical Devices (HMD) Principal Inventory Costing (PIC) COE.

Responsibilities and scope of the role include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Leading a global team of 7 experienced finance professionals
  • Planning, forecasting, and reporting of transactional currency impacts across worldwide HMD
  • Providing currency analytics and insights to the PIC COE, FP&A and Senior Management
  • Managing over $13.0B of foreign currency exposures across various businesses, and ensuring full compliance to the relevant accounting procedures
  • Roll-out automation by leveraging RPA, Power BI, and Alteryx to drive standardized and efficient processes
  • Centralizing the HMD Sourcing hedging activities
  • Ensure currency requirements are met for Project SigniFi

Qualifications

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Economics or Finance
  • A Masters/MBA degree or financial certification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc.) is preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of finance, accounting or related business experience is required
  • Demonstrated record of strong leadership skills
  • Ability to bring clarity to complex business issues and proven success in managing complex projects & processes, translate complexity into simple working solutions
  • Framing & communicating complex data
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Excellent communication & business partnering skills including:
    • ability to work with and influence internal customers
    • proven ability to work with people at all management levels
    • simplify complex written communications
  • Strong continuous improvement mind-set
  • Supply Chain experience preferred
  • Experience with TMI, Alteryx, Power BI is preferred
  • Delivers presentations to senior management with confidence in English; facilitate group discussions to ensure understanding and achieve the best possible outcome; provide recommendations and solutions; encourage others to speak their mind; demonstrate confidence to acknowledge when answer is unknown to a business question
  • Demonstrate work life balance; solicit feedback on organizational health and implement improvements; remove barriers to success
