(Belgium, Switzerland, Ireland or France)Senior Finance Manager FP&A, JBSThe FP&A Senior Finance Manager is a key member of the Janssen Business Services team working closely together with the JBS companies in Belgium, Ireland, Switzerland, The Netherlands and Singapore. He/ she acts as main point of contact for Pharm Group Finance, the SigniFi team and towards our stakeholders in the commercial regions, R&D and Enterprise Supply Chain. The FP&A Senior Finance Manager will both lead and partner in global and cross-functional finance projects. The position reports to the Finance Director Controlling & Allied Business.Key Responsibilities

• Guidance & coordination of budgeting, forecasting and closing process for Janssen Business Services
• Collaboration with Group Finance, cross functional finance teams and internal JBS stakeholders for the closing and forecasting Calendar compilation for JBS
• Financial analysis and reporting of consolidated JBS results including P&L, headcount, cash-flow, to drive impactful management decisions
• Management Deck preparation for closing and forecasting towards Group Finance in US
• Identification & implementation of continued process improvements to drive simplification and automation in the FP&A processes
• Work closely together with Group Finance to identify opportunities to simplify reporting structures and reduce workload
• Management & training of the JBS tools and processes towards our internal stakeholders
• Supervision and coaching of one Finance Analyst

Job Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance/economics (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience is required
• Accurate and compliance driven mindset is required
• Knowledge and use of business analytics tools (Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx etc) is a plus
• Strong technical accounting expertise and functional knowledge (GAAP, Supply Chain, Commercial) is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to partner and influence people at all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical skills and ability to zoom in and out as needed
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to shape and lead
• Ability to handle ambiguity and fluid situations, demonstrating a pragmatic approach
