Currently we are looking for a

Senior Financial Analyst

who will be a member of the Swiss Finance & Treasury department.

The role is located in Switzerland, preferably in Zug, Schaffhausen or Allschwil.

Main Responsibilities
  • Responsible for executing financial close processes, partnering with Controlling, Compliance, Tax teams, and Senior Finance Leadership to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant results for several major Pharm entities based in Switzerland
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations of medium or high complexity and other SOX controls and documentation
  • Lead the reporting activities of financial results to Corporate, including the integration of system and process changes in line with SigniFi initiatives
  • Actively participate in global JBS standardization and optimization initiatives and projects
  • Champion process improvements and identify ways to live into technology enhancements to increase efficiency of internal processes
  • Proactively take ownership for personal and team development, ensuring a positive work life balance

Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor or commercial degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ experience in Accounting or Finance position
  • Business fluency in English (oral & written)

  • Strong communication skills, customer focus and proactive attitude, and ability to partner effectively with business
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently in an international and hybrid (virtual/on-site) environment; ability to deliver under tight deadlines
  • Ability to master a changing and complex business environment; ability to challenge, improve and optimize current processes with hands on mentality and attention to detail
  • Open to new ideas and with strong interest for digital technologies
  • Strong commitment to business ethics and Credo values
