Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Financial Analyst Tax & Statutory Reporting based at a J&J location in Switzerland (Zug, Allschwil or Schaffhausen) for its cross-sector Tax & Reporting role within the Swiss Finance & Treasury team. The role will support the Finance Manager Tax & Statutory reporting in tax computation, statutory and US legal reporting.

Senior Financial Analyst Tax & Statutory Reporting (f/m/d)

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible to perform income and deferred tax computation within internal and external defined reporting timelines for selected Johnson & Johnson companies based in Switzerland
  • Define and/or support preparation of tax accounting entries with Finance business partners
  • Prepare and submit quarterly/yearly US legal reporting
  • Perform and coordinate the annual statutory reporting process including coordination of the external audit
  • Support ad-hoc tax & accounting transactions and projects
  • Provide Swiss GAAP/tax accounting advice and support in the areas of M&A, divestitures, reorganizations (e.g. business transfers, legal entity rationalization, financial restructurings, closures)
  • Develop and retain Johnson & Johnson business knowledge and tax/statutory know-how through trainings, knowledge sharing, and regular connections with the tax departments
  • Connect and partner with Finance colleagues, service centers and business partners worldwide in regards of the entities in charge of, to anticipate any special transaction, understand business developments and collect vital input for quarter closings and tax reporting planning cycles
  • Prepare training material, coordinate and provide trainings on a regular basis to ensure tax knowledge is kept up to date within the Finance team


Qualifikationen

  • Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent
  • 5+ years relevant finance (accounting and/or tax)
  • Knowledge in Swiss Corporate Income Taxation, experience in US GAAP/SWISS GAAP reporting is a plus

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, in particular Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of SAP is a plus

  • Ability to learn and apply experience gained
