At Splicky where we are now a team of 28, hopefully soon 29, programmatic enthusiasts with modern office space in the heart of Kreuzberg. We are looking for someone to join our team and help our partners achieve their goals from afar. For this position, your daily work is going to evolve around supporting our colleagues at AdUnit while working at Splicky. You will be part of our team nonetheless!

Splicky and AdUnit are both working to provide easy access to the complex programmatic advertising ecosystem and are also part of the Goldbach AG and member of the TX-Group. While Splicky is situated in Berlin, AdUnits headquarters is located in Zürich. We are continuously expanding our businesses with new features, products, channels and integrations, which is why we are now looking for you as (Senior) Fullstack Developer (f/m/d) 80-100%.

Your mission

You will join our team in a stage of rapid growth and reorganization. You will be working at Splicky for AdUnit, where you will be responsible for:
  • Technical leadership of the UX/UI of the main product: AdUnit
  • Strategic orientation and further development of the UX-projects
  • Help foster a culture of knowledge sharing, openness, kindness and continuous improvement
  • Maintenance of new and existing interfaces and systems
  • 2nd Level Support for the customers of AdUnit
  • Develop yourself and your team’s technical understanding with innovative suggestions
  • Third party system-evaluations (CRM, PIM, …)
  • Work in close collaboration with management and the business analyst
  • Finding your place at Splicky and AdUnit at the same time!
  • You are also encouraged to expand this list as we move along :)

Your Amazing Skills

We are looking for someone with the experience to directly involve their creative ideas in the design processes of AdUnit and that thrives in a digital working environment. You also have:
  • A degree in computer science or comparable accomplishments
  • At least 2-3 years experience in developing, releasing and scaling software products in JavaScript, SCSS, HTML as well as VueJS and NodeJS
  • Fluency in English and communication skills within a fast growing international environment
  • Analytical and organized way of working while also being a teamplayer
  • Strong communication skills and bring an interest in new trends in areas of digital media and technology
  • 3rd level support for advertising technologys
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid remote/on-site environment (mutually agreed office days)

Additional Skills:
  • Good German and French language skills are beneficial
  • Ideally you also have experience with PHP, PostgreSQL and Doctrine
