We are looking for a passionate, highly driven and intellectually curious Senior Global Communications & Eventing Manager to join our growing Global Communications team based in our headquarter near Zurich.

  • Reporting to the Global Brand Communications Director, in this role you will manage the ideation and execution of the House’ eventing strategy, define the in-person and virtual events concepts and the lead the successful execution of global, regional and local events. In this role, you will work closely with the CRM team to define a smooth and consistent event journey across our different audiences.

Your responsibilities

  • Define and implement the eventing strategy of the House (global and local events – in-person and virtual) to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Propose creative, engaging and highly desirable event concepts for the different eventing formats, always in line with brand codes and identity – in collaboration with the Senior Client Experience Manager.
  • Lead the successful planning and execution of the Global Events held during the Art Basel fairs in Hong Kong, Basel and Miami Beach.
  • Collaborate with regions and markets to cascade and support implementation of the Global Event and Artistic Collaboration concepts at local art fairs (Frieze NY, Frieze London, FIAC Paris, West Bund Art & Design).
  • Develop global and local event guidelines to support the yearly innovation calendar.
  • Support regions and markets in the execution of all local events following global guidelines.
  • Monitor local events implementations and track local events reports and ROI (production and amplification KPIs)
  • Collaborate transversally within the Global Communications Team to define the right audiences and amplification strategies for all eventing formats.
  • Lead the development and production of all eventing related assets, in collaboration with our internal Creative Studio.

You should have excellent multitasking and project management skills, a highly creative way of thinking and strong luxury brand understanding. You have a strong experience in Luxury Event management and are comfortable leading your projects autonomously. You will work closely with the Creative and CRM Teams, and report to the Global Brand Communications Director.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of international experience in Eventing roles: HQ or Eventing Agency – luxury or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Interest and knowledge in Art, Culture, Design fields.
  • High creativity, willingness to present new ideas and think out of the box.
  • Service-oriented mindset and high attention to luxury execution and details.
  • Expertise in the implementation of virtual formats and experiences.
  • You show enthusiasm, commitment, passion and a positive attitude.
  • You have strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills – written and oral – and the ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with heavy workload.
  • You are highly organised, detailed-oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • You value team transversal collaboration and collaborative value creation throughout your projects – being a hands-on team player is a must.
  • Your English is fluent, French and German an advantage.
