As Senior HR Business Consultant you will be part of a small team responsible for HR matters across a range of Global Functions with primary focus on Group Finance, Investment Management, Communications, Public Affairs and Customer Office. In this role you proactively partner with Human Resources Business Partners, Centers of Excellence and Shared Services. You will execute functional people strategies and support the achievement of business goals through the delivery of accurate analysis, reporting and recommendations.


What you will do


As Senior HR Business Consultant your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Partnering with HR Business Partners on daily HR tasks and the annual HR cycle processes

  • Supporting and on occasions leading continuous talent management activities

  • Playing an active role in the Performance & Development Cycle and planning and overseeing performance improvement actions

  • Providing key HR metrics to measure people performance (HR dashboards, KPI tracking) or conducting standard or ad-hoc queries and reports

  • Actively participating in or co-leading function specific and group-wide HR projects or initiatives, business transformations, change management programs

  • Supporting compensation reviews, ie. coordinate regular cycle or ad-hoc activities (job grading, promotions, salary increases)

  • Partnering with HRBPs on organizational design and effectiveness actions

  • Continuously improving people related processes and actively share best practices and lessons learned among the HR Business Consulting community

  • Building a solid network and navigating the HR community worldwide to support the global functions and business areas

  • Actively fostering business acumen and building knowledge and relationships in the assigned business area


What you will bring


As Senior HR Business Consultant your skills and qualifications will ideally include:


  • Solid experience and credibility as an HR professional gained in a multinational, multicultural, fast-changing environment (5+ years)

  • Team player with good relationship and stakeholder management skills

  • Proactive and consultative approach with focus on results

  • Attention to detail and quality

  • Advanced analytical thinking

  • Advanced digital skills with Excel, SAP and PowerPoint as preference

  • Good business acumen and analytical skills

  • Effective communication and negotiation skills

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), and German language skills are an advantage
