Join our dynamic team as a Senior IT Business Analyst! Your future work area is responsible for providing a modern platform to manage access rights as well as credentials for our online banking users. You will be part of a project team focusing on delivering solutions fit for global usage, work with stakeholders to define and manage their business requirements and identify opportunities to enhance existing functionality.

In this role, you drive the end-to-end delivery of various technical and business enhancements for our customers. You ensure collaboration between different stakeholders to reach a common under-standing of the request and the target solution. Your technical affinity ensures close cooperation with the development team to provide mature solutions. Your skills and experience


We are looking for:

  • A university degree or an equivalent educational background
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience working in IT as a business analyst with a consistent track record of high performance
  • Confident and strong communication skills – both oral and written in English, German language skills would be advantageous
  • Ability to deal with stakeholders and senior management across global organization and ensure their consistent understanding
  • Outstanding analytical skills and critical thinking, including attention to detail and ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments
  • Affinity to conduct detailed business analysis and produce concise requirements specifications in accordance with the product strategy
  • Creation of visual models of current "as-is" and future "to be" workflows based on UML
  • Prior experience in access management and / or within the financial industry as a plus
  • Ability to prepare SQL queries
  • Experience with Postman or SoapUI as a plus
  • Prior software development and / or IT support experience considered as a plus
