Join the IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC)! Our team works with different technologies, methods and tools to develop solutions in client projects of IBM in various industries. Help grow the IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC) with your skills and expertise as Full Stack Java Developer in Bern.

You are part of an agile team of developers and together you ensure the highest quality of service for our client. You create applications, microservices and back-end API’s. You are involved in every step of the process, from design, development, testing release changes and troubleshoot where necessary, providing a great customer service.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• A degree in Computer Science (IT apprenticeship graduates, higher education in IT, bachelor)
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, as a software developer in an agile team
• Extensive experience with Java (8 or higher) and Spring Boot
• Excellent knowledge JSON/REST
• Good knowledge of CloudFoundry or OpenShift
• Good knowledge in DBMS like postgreSQL or Oracle DB
• Fluent in both German and English is a must (written & spoken)
• Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit / EU passport
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

• Good knowledge of Angular is a plus
