(Sr) Lab Tech - Analytical Development

A highly motivated Senior laboratory technician with experience in development, optimization, qualification of bioanalytical methods. The candidate must have biopharmaceutical industry experience on ligand binding/potency assays and other general ELISA-based methods. As a (Sr.) Lab Tech, she/he will be responsible for the execution of robust and reproducible assays to support Process Development. The candidate will support also technical transfer of the developed assays to the Quality Control (QC) team. The Sr. Lab Tech will work in interdisciplinary teams and will contribute to customers projects. Furthermore, will hold accountability for the performance and results of the assigned projects including timeline and cost control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Projects: execute complex projects in the area of scientific expertise. Lead problem solving and lessons learned activities.
  • Scientific tasks: execute experimental plans and data analysis, support in writing and reviewing high quality reports.
  • Training: coordinate training activities in the area of expertise.
Key Requirements
  • Lab Tech degree, BS degree in Life Sciences field
  • 1-2 years of industry experience
  • Direct experience in design, develop and implement ELISA methods for potency testing
  • Knowledge on quality and regulatory requirements such as FDA, ICH, GLP/cGMP compliance
  • Perform data analysis and interpretation. Able to draw conclusions on progress and results of work
