In order to develop and strengthen their L&D capacities, we are looking for a Senior Learning & Development Professional (m/f/d) in the St. Gallen area. Tasks: Responsibility for an international talent program Continuous development and revision of existing concepts and tools Development, planning and implementation as well as moderation of workshops and modular management trainings Providing impetus for trends, new methods and innovations Close cooperation with trainers, business partners, managers and external service providers Support in the planning and implementation of larger events in the context of L&D measures Profile: Excellent know-how in development programmes for high potentials and managers Distinctive experience in the development and implementation of training programmes Methodical and didactic knowledge in knowledge transfer/adult education Experience with blended learning concepts, new learning media and methods MS-Office knowledge Fluency in English and German The SR Group (Germany) GmbH is acting as an external recruitment agency in relation to this vacancy.
