Our International Marketing Groupis responsible for defining brand strategy, medical evidence, and new product launch kits for lead markets to ensure that the product/brand strategy aligns to the needs of International markets.

The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Infrastructure will define and implement development roadmaps for transformational digital products to successfully deliver upon customer and business expectations, are seamlessly integrated within Alcon’s technology ecosystem, and successfully implemented within key markets.

We will consider applications from those based anywhere in Europe.

Major accountabilities

  • Analyse customer behaviours, research, and trends to identify key insights and opportunities for optimizing product strategies
  • Translate behavioural research and insights into a prioritized feature development roadmap to drive increase performance and customer satisfaction
  • Inspire and lead cross-functional teams to deliver against roadmap proactively solving for potential issues and collaboratively delivering solutions to roadblocks that arise
  • Manage large digital initiatives including the management of multiple stakeholders, significant budgets, and complex timelines
  • Lead implementation of customer-centric plans including idea generation, commercial strategy, and launch package materials to ensure successful launch within a market
  • Partner with country leaders to drive implementation of digital products and activation of commercial programs to accelerate customer engagement
  • Establish KPIs and ensure that products meet or exceed financial and customer engagement targets; that increase traffic, engagement, conversion and/or sales
  • Ensure successful delivery of product-specific roadmaps on time and within budget
  • Drive a Digital Mindset culture by inspiring team to deliver plans that add value to the customer’s experience; develop and train talent to establish a high performing omni-channel organization.

Experience &Competencies:

  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience in large companies
  • 5+ years e-commerce experience
  • Ideally experience in both in B2B & B2C environments
  • Comprehensive understanding of the digital ecosystem and how different channels/technologies work together to solve customer and business challenges
  • Intimate knowledge of agile development processes and deep experience guiding teams through it who may not be as familiar
  • Fluency in customer segmentation and data analysis to establish specific KPIs and robust measurement plans to evaluate success
  • Experience in building or re-launching enterprise-level digital experiences
  • High degree of technical knowledge and aptitude
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationship across the organization, locally and globally
  • Resourceful, entrepreneurial spirit with a drive for results.
