The Senior Manager, Digital Transformation Office will lead the overall digital strategy development for the Consumer Health Supply Chain organization as well as shape digital supply chain roadmap & capabilities. He/she will lead the digital transformation, including strategy and execution of end-to-end digital solutions that solve unmet needs and generate value through a fully integrated digital ecosystem. This role will help transform underlying business processes, build sustainable support model, and drive end user adoption. The person in this role will demonstrate strong experience in Supply Chain, end to end thinking, digital acumen and ensure proper linkages to the digital strategies of partner functions (R&D, Commercial, Quality etc.).
  • Shape and drive overall Supply Chain Digital Transformation to accelerate business outcomes and propel growth, in partnership with the regional and functional leadership teams.
  • Ensure our bold digital strategy is understood, accepted, adopted, and activated globally. Define and manage multi-year digital roadmap including critical end-to-end capabilities to transform our business.
  • Establish strong alignment and linkages to partner functions such as J&J Technology (JJT), R&D, Quality, Commercial, Enterprise Supply Chain, & Regional Value Chains.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Council to identify key emerging digital technologies, prioritize digital innovation pipeline of opportunities and drive overall achievement of digital capabilities and roadmap.
  • Develop end to end digital capabilities in partnership with digital product owners, J&J Technology, and cross-functional business users.
  • Drive harmonization and standardization of our data, reporting and analytics solutions to unlock efficiency.
  • Develop, deploy, and manage standard process capabilities and best in class tools / systems to expedite business decisions and enable intelligent process automation.
  • Facilitate adoption of various digital capabilities and drive continuous education / training programs.
  • Optimize digital portfolio to minimize duplicate efforts, optimize costs and resources and maximize benefits while maturing digital capabilities.
  • Create and espouse a high-performing, diverse and inclusive team culture where different viewpoints are visibly encouraged and supported.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. Degree concentration in engineering, mathematics, computer engineering, data science or advanced analytics fields is strongly preferred. Master of Business Administration (MBA), master’s degree in data science and/or PhD is also strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of business experience with at least 3 years of Supply Chain, IT or relevant functional experience required.
  • Experience in leading large, cross-functional projects & programs is required.
  • Strong critical thinking, with outstanding analytical, influencing, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Strong digital product management experience including experience in building / managing data and analytics platforms, data science / advanced analytics / intelligent automation solutions is preferred.
  • Experience in working with Azure stack preferred.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management experience at the most senior levels, superior influencing, and collaboration skills
  • Thought leader with an agile mindset experienced in shaping solutions, with strong communication, and partnership skills.
  • Strong understanding and working experience utilizing design-thinking best practices- empathy, requirements definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing to deliver digital products and experiences is required.
  • Experience with Agile product development methodology is required.
  • Must be comfortable with constructively challenging the status quo and looking fo new ways to improve processes and results
  • Travel 25% domestic an international as per business needs required
