Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis

As Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis, you will be responsible for the preparation of financial reporting for the SITA Group. Including the preparation of the Board meeting and implementing 3 years plan. You will be accountable to handle various ad hoc requests from the CFO.

Reporting to the Director Financial Planning & Analysis, you will be a part of the Corporate FP&A team.

What you will do

Corporate Reporting and Analysis:
  • Provide actual, forecast, budget reporting for the Group, Board, Corporate dashboard, CEO reporting
  • Responsible for the internal (Exec Team to All Staff) and external (Board, investors..) reporting
  • Membership billing and Shares redistribution
  • Work with the Head of Corporate Finance and Director FP&A to fulfill reporting and analytical requirements
  • Support CFO directly for various ad hoc request
Corporate Financial Planning:
  • Prepare corporate financial modeling of performance, (short, middle, and long term planning)
  • Target setting and communication to stakeholders
  • Provide Finance support to key strategic initiatives as per SITA’s 3-year Plan and finance operating plan, including central projects
  • Prepare analytics, trend analysis, and KPI’s
Change agent:
  • Drive organization to move toward new performance management (P&L everywhere)
  • Lead Design and support the implementation of a new FPA system

Qualifications

Who you are
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field
  • 10 years relevant business experience ideally gathered at a regional or global headquarters with at least 5 years of direct exposure to senior leadership
  • Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Proven track record of presentations to senior leadership
  • Knowledge of FIN systems such as Hyperion Planning, HFM
  • Strong relationship management skills and able to work across culturally diverse teams within the Business Units, Functions, and GEO
  • Effective communication
  • Native English to handle official communication with Board
  • Strong background and understanding of accounting concepts; CPA/CA/CMA preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Familiar with concepts, practices, and procedures of financial planning & analysis
  • Management and leadership skills.
