Job Description
  • Develops and shapes the profile and strategy for immunology products, executing marketing activities for a significant product or group of products.
  • As a member of the Development Team, provides timely commercial guidance to ensure the development process delivers a competitive product that meets market needs.
  • Defines and cascades the brand strategy for the products, and leads global launch readiness activities.
  • Works with cross-functional Business Unit colleagues to define and execute BU launch readiness activities, with a major focus on commercial supply and medical strategy in addition to marketing.
  • Collaborates with key markets to define the go-to-market strategy including differentiation and customer engagement.
  • Establishes product TPPs, as well as marketing strategies including product direction, features, packaging, support programs, and LCM.
  • Develops perspective on product value through leading forecasting activities for the brand, including all underlying assumptions (market share, pricing, biosimilar uptake, etc.).
  • Interfaces with the development team, suppliers and customers to develop product requirements and specifications and follows up on their implementation within the product development plan.
The Successful Applicant
  • MBA or similar education.
  • Fluent English mandatory, other languages an asset
  • At least 8 years in similar role in a multinational environment
  • Biosimilar, biologic, and/or specialty pharmaceutical experience a plus
  • Experience working in global roles as well as country/region experience; deep experience in the US and EU-5 markets
  • Launch preparation and launch experience required
  • Ability to lead cross-functionally and cross-geography
  • Strong understanding of customer needs with global view
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to deal with complexity and translate insights and conceptual ideas into strategies
  • Goal driven mindset and ability to be analytical as well as define and deliver on specific metrics
  • Always seeking new approaches to internal and external challenges
  • Ability to share thoughts in clear concise manner to build strong reputation for delivery
