About The Job
  • Supporting the Head of Global Payments & Fraud in both Online and Offline payment related matters, as well as Global Fraud prevention activities to reduce fraudulent payments
  • Acting as a Leader of Global Payments & Fraud projects with the objective to align all projects, set priorities and ensure stakeholder acceptance, and budget approval
  • Implementing new Payments & Fraud projects to ensure the improvement and efficiency of the processes
  • Collaborating with external service providers (payment vendors, consultants etc.) to deliver results on payment cost optimization initiatives
  • Collaborating with Sales Market Clusters and E.Com business leaders to support the company brand aspiration, business strategy and Sales & Marketing strategies
  • Assuring compliance with all external and regulatory changes in payments and fraud in alignment with Corporate Legal and Corporate IT
  • Defining controls to ensure data and information security & compliance as defined in the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI/DSS)
  • Providing reports on payment volumes, performance and fraud prevention results

About You

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following
  • University degree/ Education, preferably in Economics, Finance or Procurement
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting in the payments industry
  • Prior Strategic Partnerships negotiation experience preferably with Payment Service Providers & Fraud Prevention suppliers
  • Deep understanding of the on-line payment industry, card payment networks, risk management, PSD2 & SCA solutions.
  • Experience in project management & implementation, as well as experience with multiple workstreams in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with strategic thinking with an analytical and problem solving approach
  • Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
