The role supports the formulation and delivery of Global Real Estate (RE) Portfolio Strategy and Initiatives to ensure achievement of financial targets and KPIs, with special focus in the RE Portfolio Governance. The Senior Manager Real Estate Portfolio Management is responsible for maintaining an accurate global real estate overview and for the development of supporting RE data systems and reports.

For this position we are considering the following locations: Switzerland, Germany, UK, France, Netherlands, Poland, and USA.

Your tasks

• Accountable for global real estate portfolio data and proposal for optimization planning, creating mechanisms for efficiency opportunities to be delivered by business units
• Ensures appropriate real estate data optimization and related data management systems strategy implementation
• Provides consolidated dashboard reporting for the Real Estate portfolio
• Responsible for developing the Portfolio Management team as a global center of expertise within the Global Facilities team
• Responsible for the oversight of the real estate portfolio and serves as single point of contact and escalation developing and agreeing the adequate processes for data updates
• Mergers & Acquisitions, support Corporate Real Estate due diligence and integration activities
• Leading innovation and best practice across all Real Estate Portfolio matters including master services agreement SLA’s for Real Estate brokerage firms
• Financial guidance in relation to e.g. financial accounting approach

Your profile

• University degree or equal education in area of Business Administration, Facility / Real Estate Management or similar
• Several years of work experience in an international environment
• Experience managing complex data and database systems
• Experience in the field of Real Estate Management in an international corporation
• Open-minded toward Change Management with a flexible and self-motivated, collaborative working style
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, multi-cultural, and networked organization
• Expertise/competencies to make responsible decisions, which are both technically sound and consider the risks and impacts of the business needs
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, further language skills are a plus
• MS Office, Database management, and SAP skills
