(Senior) Manager SAP Program Management

Your contribution to KPMG


  • You will lead interesting and complex SAP business transformation programs involving cross functional teams.
  • You will effectively manage the program scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful delivery and realization of project benefits.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the project team’s ability to meet project or program objectives.
  • You support the growth agenda of the SAP team by taking a leading role in the SAP project advisory. By sharing knowledge, developing thought leadership, and supporting the career aspirations of team members in SAP program advisory services.
  • You leverage your strong subject matter expertise to strengthen the (international) KPMG network of SAP experts and support the development of SAP solutions.
  • You develop proposals for national and international clients for our SAP consulting services

This is what makes you successful


  • University degree, ideally with strong focus in business informatics and/or business administration
  • More than 5 years of experience and proven ability to lead and deliver large SAP transformation programs. Good understanding of the complex integration these programs bring.
  • Excellent project Management skills, PMP certification or SAP project management certifications (e.g. SAP activate) are a plus
  • Work independently by taking ownership and responsibility. At the same time being a team player and jointly take part in our success.
  • Experience in dealing with international and demanding clients
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent in German and English. French a plus.
