Job Description

Janssen Business Services (JBS) is a global organization within the J&J Pharmaceutical sector. The JBS mission is to provide diligent stewardship of the Janssen business model, by protecting and optimizing the product intellectual property structures. JBS teams are based in Belgium, Ireland, the Netherlands, Singapore, Switzerland, and the US.

The job consists in providing diligent project management expertise to JBS Finance, by defining, standardizing and maintaining project management processes, evaluating and selecting innovative solutions for finance processes, and actively driving project execution.

Main Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain project management standards and processes
  • Provide technical insight and project management capabilities to evaluate, select and implement innovative solutions
  • Coordinate the design, development, and implementation of project across various work streams partnering with global teams and functions
  • Provide leadership throughout project execution and manage project portfolio
  • Identify, implement project governance, documentation, and metrics
  • Facilitate communication and alignment among JBS, global teams and technical teams
  • Support detailed process and activities analysis, identify opportunities, and translate to actionable proposals
  • Supporting project leads, prepare effective communication material for workshops, stakeholder engagements and training material for change management
  • Develop, implement, and maintain control matrix. Maintain procedures and controls documentation

Skills And Experience

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Finance, Accounting or equivalent
  • MBA and/or Professional certification (e.g. ACCA/CA/CPA/CMA) preferred
  • At least 5 years’ experience in project management or consulting with focus on Finance process transformation and process improvement
  • Experience working within an ERP environment (SAP, SAP Hana)
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills. Ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels
  • Highly motivated and organized individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and proven leadership skills
  • Multifunctional business services experience (IT, HR, Finance). Industry background Pharma, Medical Devices, Healthcare and FCMG
  • Good knowledge of US GAAP, SOX internal control and Healthcare Compliance
  • Knowledge of contracts and service levels
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is required
