The Senior Procurement Supervisor role will be responsible for leading EMEA operational procurement team. This position requires experience in tactical and operational procurement activities as well as remote management of people in different locations. Manage short-term acceleration and act with urgency as well as long-term escalations. This position is responsible to deliver OTTR, smooth daily processes for orders and confirmation and structured and transparent escalations, in line with the AOP and business goals.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end to end operational procurement activities of assigned team for EMEA region.
  • Meet annual goals including: suppliers delivery performance, on time order confirmations, invoice resolution, automation of purchasing processes along with auto PO and Supplier Self Service
  • Material escalation coordination in agreement with involved stakeholders.
  • Manage TIER 3 supply chain from procurement perspective.
  • Demonstrate a track record in developing procurement team members.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or operations.
  • 8 or more years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
  • 3 or more years in managing own team.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Operational Procurement knowledge with understanding of planning and sourcing processes.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
  • Previous experience in global high-mix manufacturing business, highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage / lead multiple activities and changing priorities
  • Ability to work with, manage and influence all levels of Leadership.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Successful use of decision-making and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Additional European language is a plus (e.g. German, French)
