Job Description

As Senior Product Manager, your role will be to manage our new Application Experience product. It is the next-generation technology to measure and improve the experience of employees when they are using business applications. It is already improving the digital experience of hundreds of thousands of employees.

Working with an empowered cross-functional product team, your mission will be to: 
  • Foster your product adoption from impacting hundreds of thousands of employees today, to millions or tens of millions in the future.
  • With your team, come up with solutions to solve our customer's problems, which are valuable and viable.
  • Work with the product designer to ensure that the solutions are usable, and with the engineers to ensure they are feasible.
  • Set the product strategy and roadmap that will generate the best value for our customers and build alignment across Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Technical Services, and Management. 
  • Be the subject matter specialist and evangelist for your product internally and externally. This means acquiring a deep knowledge of the market, the users and customers, the data about how they engage with the product, the competition, and the industry trends, and sharing this knowledge extensively.
  • Attend the usual Agile ceremonies and manage the usual product operations with the teams in charge: backlog management, prioritization, documentation, release notes, training…
Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience as a product manager in a software company. 
  • Proven experience in setting strategy, creating and releasing a product, ideally a B2B product. 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Proven experience of working within a development team, and responsible for value creation. 
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment while building extensible and scalable solutions.  
  • Extremely passionate about solving challenging real-life problems. 
  • Proven ability to engage, communicate and present to various stakeholders such as engineers, designers, company leaders, and customers in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
Nice To Have
  • Proven experience in product management in the field of either desktop/workplace/endpoint management or application performance management.
  • Deep knowledge about how IT works in enterprise-size companies.
  • Strong analytical skills or experience in data analytics, data science or data modeling.
