Yokoy is an award-winning Swiss FinTech company that leverages Artificial Intelligence to fully automate spend management (expenses, supplier invoices and corporate credit/debit cards) for midsize and bigger corporations globally. With 50 employees and offices in Zürich, Vienna and Munich, Yokoy is already operating globally and has big ambitions to expand further within Europe and intercontinentally. We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to take our team to the next level.

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for launching new high growth products and scaling the existing product suite. You will report directly to the CMO and work closely with sales and product leadership as well as build up and lead a team of product marketers.

Tasks

• Lead a team of marketers to ensure success across each area of product marketing
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies while working closely with marketing, sales, customer success, and engineering teams
• Establish the strategy for positioning, messaging, pricing, and promotion of products
• Train and support sales and customer success teams on new products and features
• Perform competitive and market research and keep the company up-to-date on the competitive and market landscape, including competitor strengths and weaknesses, market trends, and changing customer needs
• Extract the essence of analyst data, customer, competitive and market research and translate it into Yokoys messaging
• Measure product marketing strategies to evaluate success and optimize team efforts
• Be an evangelist for the product and company through events, speaking engagements, blogging, and social media

Requirements

• You’re a word wizard, both written and verbal, when it comes to taking technical concepts from product managers and engineering and translating them into simple and understandable messaging for sales, prospects, and customers in both German and English
• Proven track record of leadership within an organization
• Detail-oriented and process-driven with expertise in making data-driven decisions with an analytical mindset
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• You proactively get things done and have a no-job-is-too-difficult-or-too-small-for-me attitude
• Experience leading, hiring, and growing a team
• Ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization
• You’ve been working in Product Marketing (or equivalent position) in a SaaS environment for the past 5-7 years, it’s a nice to have if you have been working in a B2B, Finance or FinTech environment
