Our team is developing and operating Bühler Insights, an industrial IoT platform for connected products and services and with it a portfolio of industry-leading software solutions for customers and for internal stakeholders.We are leveraging cutting edge technologies on Microsoft Azure to further drive innovation in service. As part of Bühler’s digital and service transformation, we are further extending our software team.Are you an innovative and experienced Product Owner and eager to drive digitalization with us?Tasks
  • You are responsible for the customer facing data analysis and visualization capability of Bühler´s IIoT platform “Bühler Insights”.
  • In a scaled agile setup, together with your Scrum team you ensure continuous value delivery alongside the overall vision and roadmap.
  • You collaborate closely with stakeholders within the Bühler organization, customers, and Product Owners from other Scrum teams to understand and refine requirements and to find value adding solutions.
  • You own and manage the feature backlog, define user stories, and manage dependencies to other DevOps teams.
  • You consult Bühler business partners in how to create valuable products and services based on the platform capabilities you and your team provide.
Required Qualifications
  • Completed computer science studies (university, FH. HF)
  • Several years of professional experience as a product owner for customer experience platforms (websites, portals).
  • Profound background in the application of agile methods, the Scrum framework, and the handling of tools for managing backlogs and requirements (e.g. Jira and Confluence). Experience with the SAFe framework is a plus.
  • Strong affinity towards high quality user experience and user interface design.
  • Focus on built-in quality and experience with continuous delivery.
  • Experience with data analysis in big data environments, with data and information visualization, and with cloud-based solutions is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Very good communication skills and ability to mobilize people without direct authority.
