Senior Project and Team Manager (m/f/d) (Ref. No. R0143716)

You Will Enjoy Having This Responsibility

In this hybrid role you would act as a Bid & Project Manager (60%) as well as a Teamlead (40%) for our very experienced project management team.

It Also Involves The Following Tasks

Bid & Project Manager: (60%)
  • Ensure transition to the project phase and prepare, organize and validate the project launch
  • Establish and update project requirements baseline, project execution baseline and project key decision data
  • Initialize the project: identify the key project stakeholders, define the project team, organizes the project structuring activities, start up project activities and identify and allocate the source project requirements
  • Manage the financial aspects of the acquisition strategy
  • Lead the project launch review and involve all stakeholders
Teamlead: (40%)
  • Manage and develop the project management team (6 project managers)
  • Coach the team, support project activities and ensure first level of escalation (internally and externally)
  • Plan the resources in coherence with budget and project needs
  • Develop and maintain project reporting
  • Orginate and implement project best practices
  • Ensure department compliance with company and project rules
You Have
  • University degree in engineering or similar
  • Certified project manager (of advantage)
  • 10+ years of project management experience in complex development projects with multi-disciplinarily teams
  • Long-term experience within Space, Aerospace, Defense industry would be huge benefit
  • First experience as a team leader is wished
  • Very profound communication skills in English (able to lead negotiations)
