SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

Reporting into the PMO, as Senior Project Managerin the ASIC teamyou will play a key role in delivering advanced digital and mixed mode ASIC platforms and derivatives. Your primaryfocus is tocoordinateand leadhigh performance teamsthough the definition, design,validation, test, qualification, andproduction ramp-upof integrated circuits for MEMS-based microphones.





SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead mixed-signal ASIC development projects as part of MEMS microphone programs
  • Drive the projects from concept to high-volume production, working closely with the R&D teams, Technical Project Lead, Product Management,andProgram Managementacross multiple sites
  • Define, track and manage cost, scope and schedule to meet required ASIC quality
  • Act as interface to internal and external key stakeholders (Test Development, Product Engineering, Operations, QA, suppliers,etc.)
  • Plan and manage project resources. Address resource gaps and escalate to management as needed.
  • Work with the teams to manage risk and work out mitigation plans
  • Monitor project progress and report project status to stakeholders
  • Manage task forces to resolve critical issues during development and ramp-up
  • Host/lead regular project and milestone meetings
  • Contribute to thecontinueddevelopment ofPMO operatingmodels andprocesses





REQUIREMENTS:

  • Engineering degreein EEor related field. An advanced degree such as M.S.E.E. is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience asAnalog/Mixed-Signal/DigitalIC Design Engineer in a consumer or industrial environment
  • 3+ years of proven track record in managing high-volume ASIC/IC projects
  • Structured and pragmatic with a high degree of flexibility and sense of urgency
  • Team player with the ability to promote and foster strong working relationships across international teams
  • Exposureto project management methodologies, processes and tools(e.g.,MS Project, Jira,andConfluence)
  • Project management certification is a plus
  • Experience in consumer electronics is a plus
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
