DePuy-Synthes (DPS), part of the Medical Devices sector within Johnson & Johnson, is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to be located in West Chester, PA, Raynham, MA, Warsaw, IN, Bridgewater, NJ, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Leeds, England, Cork, Ireland & Zuchwil, Switzerland. This individual will be responsible for ensuring implementation and flawless execution of significant Global Orthopaedics Supply Chain initiatives and projects.

Principal Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop several cross-functional teams in the actual implementation of strategic supply chain initiatives for large-scale portfolio changes.
  • Ensure effective Project Management of all key strategic projects - with appropriate process controls, metrics, and stakeholder updates. Partner closely with Finance to ensure Financial planning and tracking is in place for all projects.
  • Support Supply Chain Labeling application projects across DePuy Synthes
  • Work with Deliver in the region and/or distribution centers on regional/localized labeling initiatives
  • Manage initiatives effectively, timely, and on budget while minimizing any impact to base business, customer service and employee engagement.
  • Manage competing demands relevant to scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality, and differing stakeholder requirements and expectations to satisfy outcomes.
  • Create and deliver presentations to PMO/Management on project goals, plans, issues and risks, including progress reports, mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Develop and revise project plans, work with stakeholders to understand complex problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution in a timely manner, escalating as necessary to meet timelines.
  • Keep manager and key project stakeholders updated on project issues, issue resolution, risks and overall status of project.
  • Lead team to deliver all business case objectives. Challenge the team to be a high performing team that identifies solutions to exceed elements of the business case benefits.
  • Ensure local change management and commitment to the project goals is in place at each impacted site and function.
  • Sets the standard for timeliness, work ethic, and personal integrity.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required; Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or related field highly preferred; Advanced degree such as a M.S. or MBA a plus
  • A minimum of 8 years of related experience required
  • Experience in Labeling preferred
  • Project management experience required
  • Working knowledge of end to end product supply and distribution required
  • Ability to managing complexity and ambiguity required
  • Experience in managing cross functional teams required
  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in bridging technical and business disciplines, evaluating and determining appropriate risks required
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem solving skills required
  • Ability to analyze, balance and prioritize risk required
  • Product cost management and budget management preferred
  • Up to 25% of travel both domestically and internationally is required
