Join our CT_Global Technology Business team within Chemtech division in Switzerland as Senior Project Manager to help us take our Polymer Business to the next level.

In this role you will be accountable for:
  • Full responsibility for the execution of equipment projects (mixer, heat exchanger and reactors) and system projects (foam extrusion, devolitization) within budget and timeline
  • Project management (schedule, quality, financial) throughout all project phases: kick-off meeting, engineering and manufacturing phase, logistics, commissioning and start-up to warranty period
  • Contract management, including change orders and claims
  • Close cooperation with all internal stakeholders within the project team (engineering teams, procurement, logistic department, quality, expediting, document control) and management for reporting and escalation
  • On-site supervision and responsibility during start-up, commissioning and performance tests
  • Provide sales support during inquiry, offer and negotiation phase
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • You have a master degree in mechanical, chemical or another engineering discipline, combined with a further education, degree or experience in project management
  • You have a successful track record in project execution in the process industry
  • Minimum experience of 8-12 years as project manager in an international environment is a must
  • Experience in the polymer industry is a plus, but not strictly required, as we will gladly provide technical training
  • You are reliable and communicative and have strong analytical and organizational skills
  • A high degree of independence, visible authority, and negotiation skills with international clients are essential
  • Customer focus combined with quality conscience round off your personality profile. In addition, you communicate and work effectively with all levels of the organization and persons from different background and cultures
  • You are fluent in English, both oral and written. Further languages, e.g. German are beneficial
