PURPOSE

An exciting growth opportunity to work closely with the newly established Global Supply Chain Management Transformation & Innovation team. You will have the chance to roll-up your sleeves and support the new team to define priorities, drive & measure key progress of our transformation into a DTC focused SCM operating model. You will work hand in glove with colleagues across the globe, be a go-to person for key stakeholders and support organization-wide SC workstreams and their impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enable overall transformation, project, and work streams deliverables (e.g., project planning, milestones execution, monitoring, financials) in alignment with strategic direction
  • Lead assessments, oversee project results and translate outcome into insights to steer the transformation successfully
  • Manage effective & timely communication on project progress and results to sponsors and senior management
  • Lead change and communication efforts, leveraging different communication channels and continuing to build our SCM community
  • Effectively deploy a project management toolkit across work streams to ensure high quality and consistency of deliverables
  • Coach and Manage activities of (assistant) project managers and business analysts
KEY RELATIONSHIPS
  • Stakeholders can relate to the following core functions:
    • SCM Markets
    • GOPs S&P, GSCM S&P
    • SCM Global Functions
    • GOPS (Product Operations, Sourcing, etc.)
Knowledge, Capabilities And Expertise
  • Business acumen and knowledge in supply chain management is an asset
  • Proven track records on wide areas of tools (e.g., Project planning, process mapping, enterprise solutions, Excel analytics, etc.) Project / Change management certification an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills paired with being a good communicator/storyteller. You can read between the lines and listen/react to things that are not being said
  • An engaging personality, a team builder and networker. You are used to different styles, preferences, and cultures. In fact, you embrace an atmosphere of inclusion
  • You are creative and analytical, able to break down complexity, organize yourself, tasks, and people around you. Comfortable with shifting priorities, deadlines, and keep calm under pressure

  • Coach junior team members through providing feedbacks to support the development and performance of the team

Qualifications
  • College or university degree with focus on Business Administration or SCM or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience, fluent in English
  • Minimum 5-6 years of relevant work experience in MNC environment (e.g., top tier consulting, project management, apparel/fashion, or supply chain management, background)
  • Within which 1-2 years of relevant project leadership /transformation experience in a global setting
