What are we looking for
The Kusnacht Practice is currently seeking a Senior Psychotherapist to support out team of therapists. Applicants should be able to demonstrate a high level of flexibility, learn quickly and multi-task. Good organisational and team-working skills are essential, as is the ability to work under pressure. The right candidate is highly customer-focused and ensures that the highest standards of quality and excellence are met at all times.

Your Responsibilities

• Planning and implementation of psychotherapeutic treatment in consultation with the psychiatric team
• Writing reports on sessions for the medical and psychological staff
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with all teams
• Supporting the Client Relations team with making assessment calls to prospective clients

You are/have

• Completed psychotherapy training with several years of clinical experience; ideally experience with Ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs)
• Empathy for people in difficult circumstances and understanding of diverse backgrounds
• Strong self-discipline and work ethic, absolute confidentiality a must as well as excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written German and English language skills a must, other languages a plus
• Must work exceptionally well in a fast-paced, round-the-clock environment and demonstrate an entrepreneurial work ethic that looks for opportunities when confronting challenges
• A strong contributor - excited to find new ways to improve our innovative care services using client feedback and cross-team collaboration
• Swiss driving licence catg. B a must
• Eligible to work in Switzerland as Psychotherapist (CH-Nationality or EU/EFTA Citizenship)
