Job description

We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our Telecom team in Zürich. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client’s challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as Senior Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer (L6).

Your main responsibilities:
Define the architecture of RF solutions
Select components, design components, integrate modules
Define a test plan, simulate solutions
Develop the complete solution and validate it
Analyze and carry out the KPI issue like CSSR, Drop rate, HOSR, Latency, VoLTE, Thpt, delays etc.
Present solutions to high-level operators

Your qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunications/Computer Sciences or another related technical discipline
At least 10 years+ work experience in RF Planning & Optimization for 4G/5G/LTE/UMTS/GSM
Strong knowledge of general network planning and optimization techniques
Good skills in MS office including Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English ; German and/or French is a plus
Mobile in Zürich
