We are seeking a Senior Scientific Associate to join our clients team based in Allschwil (Basel-Land), Switzerland. They are a modern company with 650 employees, 550 state of the art work spaces and 11 compounds in the pipeline. Our client also works with one of the most valuable pharma companies allowing our client financial stability which would provide longevity in the role for the potential candidate!

Responsibilities:
Write-up of analytical methods and reports (e.g. for development)
Planning and execution of experiments for method development, assessment, optimisation and application
Drafting and review of CoAs and/or Analytical results sheet
Training of Laboratory personnel
Independently reviews scientific work in project related activities

Requirements:
Apprenticeship, college, or university degree or equivalent education in the field of chemistry, biology, biochemistry, pharmacy, or chemical engineering with apprenticeship 6-10 years, 4-8 years BS or 3-5 years MS experience)
Basic knowledge of GMP
Good and broad knowledge of sample preparation, analytical instrumentation and techniques especially in the field of chromatography and spectroscopy
