For our Client in Kanton Zug, we are currently looking for a

Senior Scrum Master

Location Zug Contract type temporary contract Start/End: 19.04.2022 - 31.12.2022Pensum: 100%

Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Coach the Scrum Team
  • Help the product owner to define value. You will serve the product owner to help her/him improve the understanding and communication of value.
  • You will serve the product owner to improve the management of the backlog and breakdown of the work.
  • Help the development team to deliver value.
  • Help and coach the team to get better.
  • Coach the team to become self organized, focu on outcomes, deliver value in every sprint.
  • Development process enforcer, ensures that scrum is being done well.
Must Haves
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related degree
  • 5+ years of experience as scrum master in software projects
  • 10+ years experience in product development
  • Excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, artifacts and techniques
  • You are the embodiment of the 5 scrum values Commitment, Focus, Openness, Respect, and Courage
Nice To Have
  • Scrum master certification is a plus
