Tasks

You are responsible for:
  • implementing the next generation features in our unique part design and slicing software;
  • working with R&D engineers to improve the carbon fiber layups for best in class parts;
  • creating an intuitive UI that makes design high-performance composites fun;
  • defining, shaping and converting concepts and ideas into software products;
  • working with other teams, product owners and management to find scalable and user-oriented solutions;
  • you take responsibility of your tasks, work independently to get the job done;
  • understanding and driving hardware integrations with future compatibility in mind.
Requirements

You bring:
  • a vision of a future where additive manufacturing is prevalent;
  • a high standard for user experience and software development quality;
  • passion for additive manufacturing technologies (FDM);
  • a hands-on, pragmatic and constructive mentality;
  • knowledge for slicing, GCodes and trajectory planning;
  • programming experience inside 3D or CAD softwares (CAD/CAE/FEA);
  • a computer science degree and/or relevant industry experience;
  • proficiency in C# and .Net software development;
  • experience with C++/C and Python;
And bringing this is a plus:
  • you worked in a team setup using scrum and continuous integration methodologies;
  • you know your way around machine firmwares such as Klipper and OctoPrint;
