Your role

Do you want to bring our eDiscovery solutions to the next level? Are you interested in innovation and advanced technology and its real-world application? Would you like to work in an Agile setup?
We are looking for someone like you to strengthen our agile eDiscovery pod to:
  • maintain, streamline and automate the lifecycle management of the eDiscovery applications
  • take an active part in managing the software component lifecycle in our SDLC toolset
  • integrate new products into our on-prem and Cloud infrastructures
  • ensure compliance with UBS policies and requirements
  • test and troubleshoot in case of issues
  • act as a subject matter expert (SME) towards our stakeholders
  • provide L3 support for the entire product lifecycle following ITIL best practices
  • support audit cycles, risk assessments and remediations when needed
  • actively drive forward change by identifying and addressing product improvements

Your team

You’ll be working in the eDiscovery Crew located in Zurich/Krakow/India with stakeholders across the globe. We deliver IT solutions to Group Investigations using state of the art technologies both from major vendors in the field and in-house developments. Our current focus are new capabilities, the modernization of our software stack and further automation of our processes.

Your expertise

  • university degree in IT/STEM – science, technology, engineering or math
  • a track record of at least 5 years as system engineer delivering well above average
  • having worked in a large global organization with globally distributed teams - preferably in finance
  • hands-on experience in Microsoft system administration on premise is a must – expertise in MS public/private cloud is a plus
  • a very good understanding of SDLC and its methodologies like Agile, Kanban or Waterfall
  • adept in scripting (bash, Powershell, Python) and experience in process automation would be highly beneficial
  • expertise in integration of products into enterprise environments (software packaging, scripting, integrations, deployment & automation)
  • knowledge of DB concepts and hands on experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL) would be a plus
  • experience in working in an Agile setup / with Agile methodologies would be beneficial
