Your role

We are looking for a Java develop who will:

  • contribute into our multi-technology software service delivery lifecycle along its way
  • design and coding , however, engaged in quality assessment and control, continuous integration and deployment , service monitoring and support.
  • you should be able to work independently, have good communication skills, and should have experience in a challenging environment.

Your team

You will be working in the Credit Decision engineering team in Zürich, responsible for various risk and decision applications responsible for Lending products. We are part of Lending group, which provides IT solutions for large variety of banking products.

Your expertise

  • strong exposure with java 11, spring, spring boot, REST APIs
  • strong knowledge of microservice architecture
  • experience on messaging related technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMq and/or JMS
  • know-how of CI/CD pipeline integration (e.g., gitlab, bitbucket, jenkins)
  • know-how of TDD practices
  • knowledge of Spring Batch
  • knowledge of Postgres.
  • experience with Cloud infrastructure (i.e Cloud Gateway, Eureka) is an advantage.
  • know-how of agile development practices (scrum, agile, etc.)
  • adaptable, able to work across teams, functions, and applications
  • enthusiastic, self-motivated and client-focused
  • prior financial/banking experience is highly desirable
