Duties and responsibilities:

  • Working together with other DWH and IT-Specialists to deliver solutions to our internal customers.
  • Contribution to and management of the design and deliverables review of DWH development.
  • Contribution to and management of functional testing of new developments.
  • Contribution to and management of thorough documentation of process design, functional specification and operational handover.
  • Independent conceptual work and solution proposal in order to fulfill Business requirements.
  • Contribution to and management of DWH-projects – from scope though to post rollout support.
  • Close co-operation with reporting resources, DWH operations, business key users and our external partners to optimize the Sunrise DWH processes.
  • Contribution to and management of 2nd/3rd Level support.

What we look for in an applicant:

  • IT/Business/Science Degree in a quantitative area and/or experience in Data warehouse development and IT.
  • In depth experience as a Teradata/Oracle and Informatica developer (at minimum 3 years).
  • Strong conceptual understanding of DWH data models and transformation of business requirements into business value.
  • Good understanding of DWH business processes.
  • Ability to take the lead in providing solutions within in the DWH area in order to fulfill the business requirements.
  • Consulting experience (external / inhouse).
  • Permanent contribution to the improvement and optimization of existing DWH processes.
  • Track record of successful DWH Implementation projects.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
