Any digital experience is made up of flows, graphics, and words. In this role you’ll be responsible for the words.

We’re looking for people who share our passion for great user experience. You’ll work closely with interaction designers, developers, strategists, product owners and localization experts, and the things you write will be read by millions of clients around the world. Together, we’ll make their banking life easier and more delightful.

As we are a growing team, you’ll also have the chance to help shape the way we do UX writing here at UBS. We want to hear all about your vision - how we should create and deliver content across multiple channels, including ubs.com, E-Banking, and the Mobile Banking app.

This job is based in Zurich, so you should be located in Switzerland or willing to relocate. We work in the office and from home - as long as you’re in Switzerland, we’ll find a solution.

Your responsibilities:
  • work closely with interaction and service designers, product teams, localization experts and researchers
  • develop copy for a variety of use cases, including UI components on web and mobile, web content, and help text
  • develop client-centered copy based on research insights and client feedback
  • collaborate in an agile product development environment - short design sprints, rapid prototyping, and frequent user testing
  • enable localization by writing with multilingual products in mind, provide translators with information they need to bring the user experience to other markets
  • use neuromarketing, consumer behavioral and conversion optimization principles to create text that is engaging and convincing
Description du profil

  • 5+ years of writing experience with an extensive portfolio showcasing your skills
  • deep experience with UX writing for complex user journeys
  • experience working with user research and using client feedback as a source for writing
  • equally comfortable thinking about big concepts and writing microcopy
  • at ease working in a design team
  • a communicative and proactive personality
  • comfortable in a highly dynamic environment
  • a native German speaker or a native English speaker who is comfortable working in a very international team
