The TAG Heuer Service Deliverydepartment is located in Switzerland and acts as a center of excellence with on-site support for TAG Heuer worldwide. As a temporary member of this team, the Service Delivery Internship provides a technical service “d’avant-garde” to the business partners and is responsible to accompany them on their IT needs. The Service Delivery & Technical Specialist performs a key role within IT presenting a flexible and reactive service-oriented face to the business partner through his deep knowledge of, and close collaboration with the rest of the IT organization.

Missions:

  • Analysis and development of Power Apps applications
  • Writing specifications and technical documentations
  • Contribute in the definition of a Power Apps Gouvernance : how to integrate it in the IS&T TAG Heuer environment
  • Improvement of currently deployed solutions: configuration, documentation, …
  • Technical enhancements: backup, archiving, service accounts,…
  • Use of templates
  • Surveys with existing users

Profile

Education:

  • Student : Computer Science, Information Systems, … or equivalent education.
  • French and English to a professional working level

Competencies:

  • Windows
  • Microsoft Office 365, Sharepoint, Power Apps, Power Automate
  • Project management knowledge (a plus)
  • Agile methodology (a plus)
  • Strong autonomy in the search for solutions/information
  • Ability to work on different topics simultaneously
