As a Service Sales Engineer you will be responsible for service offerings and queries from our customer in the mining industry for our Process Industries division.

You will contribute to the creation and maintenance of good customer relationships while ensuring smooth sales team operations.

Your responsibilities
  • Promote and sell the full portfolio of service offerings to identified Customers in defined customer segments in line with the Service strategic plants to address customer needs and create customer value.
  • Serve as the Company’s principal point of customer contact and establish, build, and maintain long-term customer relationships to improve the Company’s opportunities for sales and profit
  • Preparing service proposals for Service Agreements, On-Site Services, Engineering studies, Upgrades same as offering of Digital Services.
  • Coordinating and adapting proposals using the input from different departments including end customers, sales, product management, finance, legal, project management, logistics etc.
  • Preparing and managing sales documentation during bidding, booking and hand-over process
  • Ensuring that proposals meet the company’s budget and profitability targets
  • Managing marketing and sales presentations and related documents
Your background
  • Experience in the field of Sales/Marketing and sound knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • High customer and solution orientation, paired with a communicative personality and ability to interact with different stakeholders
  • Hands-on and problem-solving mentality to challenge “status quo”
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
  • A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% internationally
  • Fluency in English
