-Production tasks, work scheduling, training, and in continuous improvement).
-Ensuring the product and process quality as well as the production quantities taking into account the deadlines.
-Perform problem-solving to develop corrective actions for customer issues or to initiate continuous improvement.
-Continuous Improvement experience within a manufacturing environment.
-Ensure cleanliness and maintenance safe work environment within production department.
-Exposure to Lean tools and methodologies is preferable.
-Further development of employees taking into account their qualifications, aptitudes and potential as well as operational requirements.
-Has role model function with respect to your appearance and behavior on the basis of the valid company principles.Your profile

-Experience as mechatronics mechanic with further certified technician training state.
-Experience of toolmaking would be desirable.
-Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
-Good English skills are an advantage.
-Organizational sense, punctuality, precision
