Shift supervisor in production in 3 shifts (80-100%)

In this role, you lead the shift team and coordinate any work that occurs on the shift. You will set up new production orders and put them into operation, and you will also monitor ongoing productions in accordance with the department-specific processes.

Your responsibilities

  • Leading and organizing the shift team in day-to-day business
  • Carrying out the shift protocol
  • Ensuring communication with those responsible for interfaces
  • Monitoring of ongoing production for compliance with the process specifications
  • Eliminating and logging machine malfunctions with effective remedial measures
  • Execution of quality assurance according to the process
  • Support of the shift team with manufacturing problems
  • Sampling of new tools

Your background

  • Basic training as a plastics technologist or as a toolmaker with experience in the plastics industry
  • Completed mechanical apprenticeship or a very good mechanical and technical understanding
  • Several years of experience in a similar position
  • Supplementary courses and training according to the training matrix
  • Team capable and independent person with personal responsibility
  • Leadership skills
  • Good knowledge of German
