JOB PURPOSE

An exciting opportunity exists for a Talent Acquisition Professional to join our new newly created luxury travel brand “Explora Journeys” to develop and lead the global recruitment strategy to attract and select the most authentic and welcoming crew ever!

Explora Journeys is a vibrant, cosmopolitan, European luxury brand, imagined in the heart of Swiss Hospitality and luxury in Geneva. Leveraging our parent company MSC Group`s hundreds of years of maritime expertise, our fleet of four ships (currently in the pipeline) have been built and designed in a totally different and unique way that will transform and redefine the cruise experience, creating a category of its own, appealing to the next generation of luxury travelers.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.Lead the global recruitment strategy including employer branding, recruitment campaign (off-line & Digital) and talent planning;

2.Identify and implement innovative recruitment methods, channels and tools that provide a cosmopolitan, refined, top talent pipeline to meet the 5-year hiring goals of our new brand;

3.Design and implement the candidate’s journey ensuring a smooth candidate experience at all stages of the process;

4.Research a variety of talent sources to find relevant audiences according to the strategy and team profiles;

5.Deal with educational institutions and recruitment agencies to identified and develop best in class talent;

6.Perform candidate screenings and interviews as well as manages communication with candidates until on-boarding process;

7.Organise and participates in all recruitment activities including career fairs and recruitment trips;

8.Oversee all recruitment advertising, and job board suppliers and agreements to ensure the value for money and effectiveness of the campaigns.


QUALIFICATIONS

1.A minimum of 8 years of talent acquisition experience with a global scope in cruise, airlines industries or hospitality;

2.Experience in Luxury Hospitality;

3.Experience in organizing mass recruitment activities in different geographies;

4.Experience in designing career pages and employer branding is highly preferred;

5.Proficient in English. Any additional language is considered an advantage;

6.Flexibility to travel.
