Site Senior Project Manager,

Firmenich Production System

Location: Satigny , Geneva headquarters, Switzerland

Key Responsibilities
  • Support transformation by defining initiatives to improve velocity, cycle time, capacity, and productivity thru continuous improvement projects in full autonomy for two plants (Perfumery and Taste & Beyond)
  • Fully execute and be accountable for Continuous Improvement projects
  • Coach and support the green belts
  • Build strong relationships with functional leaders to establish and achieve continuous improvement goals
  • Align and prioritize initiatives, while ensuring synergies for local improvements for the site (two plants)
  • Review, report & improve metrics at appropriate levels of the business
We Value
  • Six Sigma Black Belt Certification - Lean required and demonstrated capacity to execute and implement large-scale projects (cycle time reduction demonstrated experience)
  • MA degree / Engineering degree related field such as Technology, Chemistry, Manufacturing Process Engineering or equivalent
  • +10 years relevant manufacturing work experience
  • Manage both high level and detailed / on-the-ground observation
  • Passion for technical processes, equipment, and technological knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills and interaction with all kinds of internal and external interfaces
  • Fluent in English and French
