Does this sound like you? Then we want to meet you!We are looking for a Social Media Creative Specialist to join our social media team in Zurich, Switzerland. You’ll be working with Social Media Managers, Visual Designers, and Digital Advertising Strategists in developing both organic and paid social impacts. You’ll flex all your creative and strategic skills to conceptualize, co-produce and project manage to publish social media creative in multiple channels.Key Responsibilities
  • Identify trends across each social media platform and manage ideation process with multiple teams
  • Develop global, regional, or local social media creatives to engage with a wide range of multi-cultural audiences
  • Project manage social media creative production and localization for both paid and organic media
  • Analyze creative performances daily and share key insights/learnings with the global and local marketing teams
  • Bring concepts to life by developing and briefing them to the Visual Designer
  • Work with Social Media Managers to maximize UGC usage in digital media and develop a publishing plan
  • Support with day-to-day content sourcing, curation, and publishing
Core Competencies
  • Minimum 2 years of related professional experience
  • Ability to strategically combine words, images and video footages for maximum digital engagement and business result
  • Experience utilizing all social media platforms and knowledge of social media analytics
  • Proven history of developing creative social media campaigns from start to finish
  • Experience with content development and channel strategy for social platforms
  • Working knowledge of paid social media advertising.
