Position

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the CMO, in a context of business growth and transformation, you will be responsible for the brand’s Social Media strategy on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat

You will define the most relevant strategies for all our Social Media accounts, and support the Asian markets in the management of their local accounts: WeChat, Red, Weibo, Line…

You will work daily with internal teams: Marketing, Product, Manufacture, local markets and Digital (E-Commerce, CRM) and external partners: Communication consulting agency, Copywriter, Advertising agency.

You define Zenith’s Social Media strategy and the brand’s editorial line around product launches, brand communications focusing on the DNA, know-how, heritage, key news, events, KOL activations and the brand commitments.

You are responsible of the consistency in the tone of voice throughout all platforms and to propose innovative activations to engage our communities and create impact on our platforms.

You collaborate with creative teams to ensure getting all the needed and best-in-class assets according to the calendar and you coordinate posting and accounts updates on all Social Media accounts

In this strategic role, you participate actively to grow our Social Media community and organic visibility and use both best formats and practices to optimize the reach of each content.

You define and set up key actions to identify, grow and engage communities.

You work closely with our markets on their local Social Media platforms especially in Asia and challenge their local strategies and calendars to ensure they are efficient.

You coordinate paid campaigns and analyze KPIs to optimize visibility, site traffic and e-commerce sales.

In your role, you analyze our KPIs and share learnings on past campaigns.

You manage a Social Media coordinator.



Profile

Who we are looking for:

You’re holding a Master’s degree in Communication or Business.

You have 5+ years of experience as Social Media manager, working for a Premium/Luxury brand and/or in an Agency.

You have a strong interest in the luxury industry, and you have a good understanding of the challenges of this sector. A strong interest in watchmaking is mandatory.

You speak English fluently. The ability to work and communicate in French is also expected.

You have a great analytical capacity and are comfortable with the management of performance measurement tools (Google Analytics). You master the management tools of Social Networks (preferably Sprinklr).

You master Adobe Photoshop/Premiere Pro + Microsoft office knowledge.

You’re a problem solver, able to manage priorities and adapt to tight planning constraints.
