We’re looking for software engineers to:

  • digitalize our core banking technology solutions within an agile set-up.
  • create technology opportunities to strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services.
  • design and implement sustainable software solutions based on Azure Cloud.
  • support our clients with best-value for implementation for our global investing ecosystem.
  • be a trusted partner to our business in assessing new software solutions that innovate and enhance our customer journeys and our client experience.
  • be part of an application modernization journey and work closely with business and technology partners within a regulated environment.
  • be part of a team of Software Engineers, that plays an important role in reimagining the power of investing and connecting people for a better world.

Your team

You’ll be working in Zurich Altstetten, as part of the Technology organization in Switzerland.
You will be part of an attractive and diverse environment full of technology talents that are passionate about being part of a team that brings software to production.

Your expertise

  • You develop, you love it, and you’re good at it - you love challenges
  • You learn and question your own code frequently (yes you make mistakes as well, we all do!)
  • software engineer/developer with multiple years of experience focused on Software Design, MicroServices, CI/CD, REST API, Relational Databases
  • able to code in Java v11+, Maven, JUnit, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Web, JSON, Git and Gitlab, Containers
  • know-how to apply standards, methods, techniques and templates as defined by our SDLC for example, code repository handling, code inspection,
  • produce secure and clean code that is stable, operational, consistent and well-performing
  • design, plan and deliver solutions in a large scale enterprise environment
  • fluent in English, German is an advantage
  • bachelor’s/master’s degree or equivalent with a proven track-record focused on delivering on enterprise-grade systems and solutions within the financial sector.
  • It’s desirable if you also have knowledge in the following areas:
Non-Relational Databases, Message Services, Cloud, Event-Driven Architectures, Design for Performance, Lombok Framework, JMS, Kafka, Avro, Shell scripting, Ansible, Azure Service Bus, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Kubernetes Service
