The Professional Services department is responsible for the post-sales experience of the FNZ/Appway customers. Through the Professional Services we ensure successful adoption and value realization through the best possible use of the FNZ/Appway solutions, platform, and business components. We offer implementation services, trainings and expert services. We strive to make the customer journey a success by creating value and maximizing the adoption of the FNZ/Appway products.FNZ/Appway Solution Architects are quintessential members of our Professional Services team; engaging with our customers and partners to tailor the FNZ/Appway platform to their specific needs and integrate FNZ/Appway into their IT landscape. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence the digital transformation of our clients, be responsible for the platform modelling, translate the business requirements into efficient solutions and support the delivery of high-quality FNZ/Appway solutions.Are you the perfect fit for FNZ/Appway?

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze customers’ organizational structures and business processes; investigate their architectural needs and explore existing legacy solutions
  • Design business processes that formalize existing activities, in relation to specific business problems
  • Design adapters that integrate FNZ/Appway with existing systems, drive implementation and leverage in-house product capabilities with guidance from our Solution Engineering and Product Team.
  • Model and monitor processes and components in the FNZ/Appway Digital Platform to help our customers attain greater efficiency, better control, and a simpler way to track and benchmark their business activities in real time
  • Define work packages and introduce best practices to be implemented by our partners and clients
  • Drive, coach and manage small teams of developers
  • Take responsibility for the quality of FNZ/Appway Processes, performances, stability, and upgradeability, delivered by our implementation partners and clients
  • Actively engage with the Account Executives to develop opportunities
  • Collaborate with FNZ/Appway Product Team in order to help evolve FNZ/Appway Products
  • Provide feedback to the FNZ/Appway Product team on business adoption and value realization of the implemented business processes
Requirements
  • BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Informatics or information systems or technology
  • 3+ years as Developer/Technical Consultant/Architect or an equivalent position (FSI Industry and TOGAF certifications would be an advantage)
  • Demonstrable proficiency in one core programming language (Java is preferred, JavaScript, C++/C#)
  • Experience with web services and databases such as, but not limited to: REST, SOAP, Oracle, MS/SQL
  • In-depth understanding of web technologies (HTML 5, React, Angular, CSS, Ajax, XML)
  • Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals: Object-oriented programming, design patterns, UML and algorithms
  • Good understanding of UI/UX concepts and methodologies
  • Business fluency in English. German, Italian, French a plus
  • You are willing to work in direct contact with customers (onsite upon agreement)
